    i read on another forum that this will require you to patch your backups before it will run them, not a big deal tho as patchin a ps2 game takes seconds, and if you have so many that it would cost you a fortune to reburn you prolly already have an onboard mod

    want one because ps2 was on the brink of death but it cheated 3times and now the controller/memory card port doesn't work at all i guess i will buy another fat or try to fix it myself

    This sounds promising but I'm concerned about having to patch the backups if it's true as I have a $#@!load of backups and I don't want to redo them all over again as a result... If it's just a rumor, I may consider buying this device but if it's not a rumor then I'll get a modchip and a spare PS2...

    That would be sweet if we could use this with the memory card converter on PS3 but I'm not gonna hold my breath haha.

    I'm just praying it'll let me play imported NTSC Dual Layer games (specifically Xenosaga I) on my PAL PS2.

    If it can, then this will be mine. Oh yes, it will be mine.
