Does anyone know where I could find a higher resolution scan of this image (or a poster if one exists) of Patricia Velasquez?

Alright, here's what I've done. I'm using the Alien Skin Software - BlowUp Photoshop Plugin.

I've also added a poll to the thread to see which people prefer. I'm going towards the 50% sharpen amout, because anything more makes it appear "fake."
