2.80 downgrading problems

Okay, so I am trying to install HEN onto the system, and the directions tell me after I have done everything to run the program on the PSP by going to PHOTO. I wait for a pale blue screen, and but the only screen that comes up is one telling me something can't be read (its blue as well). I tried running the samples under the game folder too but it says game cannot be started. Any idea as to what I am doing wrong?

keep trying to reactivate hen until you get it, it is very unstable, but once you get it itll be fine to downgrade with

so basically just keep resetting the PSP and trying ti again huh? I'm supposed to be clicking on the link without a filename right?

yes, if it keeps on not working take hen off and just re-drop it in the same place... then retry activating hen
