The only 100% way I have gotten all my Emu's to work is doin it manually, you can make your own icons as well this way. In the pdf for the swap exploit or maybe kx exploit there is a B method of using the pbp compiler prog to setup the apps for psp. Its easy to understand and use and works for ever emu/app if you follow the directions.
