Yes, the only version available is made for 3.5x M33. That's the firmware the pro's make XMB stuff for these days.

it may be compatible but i didnt know what i was doing, and bricked my psp, working out pandora stuff now

over at the evolve website it states that the icon for each category moves to the top of the wheel in one frame. so it does spin, just very jumpy.
