The people selling these things are only slightly smarter than the people buying them.

Well, personally I see nothing wrong with selling a Pandora Battery NOT the software. As long as it's reasonable (I think 40-60 dollars is fair, given the NORMAL Market price of batteries, and not cheap ass knock offs that will die after 100-200 charges...of course, the seller should say the TYPE of battery with this as well) and the seller is upfront that you're paying for the battery, and a nominal fee for the work they've done creating the Pandora Battery.

Now, I also think they should credit the team responsible for making this all happen, but that will probably never happen.

What can we do about it in the mean time? Report the listings. If Sony isn't already doing something to get it stopped (Remember how Blizz cracked down on people selling accounts and eBay had no choice but to agree and stop them?) we all can by simply reporting the listing as having 'illegal' or 'copywritten' materials within it for sale. Even if it's not true, eBay will still look at it as a 'will this get us sued by Sony?'

    Seriously, dude...

Why are the people bashing the buyers of these batteries? If they don't have two PSPs (one homebrew able to make the battery, and one bricked) they can't do it by themselves... Period.

The only choice is to send it in to an unbricking service, or buy a Pandora battery... And why would you send it in if you could have something re-useable for around the same price?

Only thing people should be complaining about is the price, and the fact that credit to the authors isn't being given. Selling the software for the memory card is wrong too... They should just link to it. Preferably on the author's site.

    This is terrible:
5.99 on Ebay for the information on how to unbrick.

Yeah, that's pure and utter crap... I already sent him a message about it.

How do you report someone without buying from them?
