o well he managed to load the 3.40 OE flasher but it froze his psp and shut it off. that happens with some homebrew for me.

Yeah but some people say they have flashed to custom firmware after unbricking with this.

ok so whats the variable here? some can some cant. are you able to start any eboots or is the flasher the only one that wont start?

Your DXAR wasnt generated properly!
Use an auto-installer!
go to google.com and google search 3.40 OE winstaller! THE TOP ONE! then download the installer and follow instructions! this will work and you wont have a problem!

ill try that i mean my umds dont work and the 3.40 oe flasher freezes when checking the dump or somthing and restarts the psp, i was able to upgrade to 2.71 and downgrade again... maybe its a problem with my flasher
