Global Map Tool?

I need help.

for some reason.

when i try to run "Global Map Download Tool"

it gives me this error

Global Map Download Tool.exe - Application Error
- The Application failed to intialize properly (0xc0000135) Click OK to terminate the application.

ive tried redownloading and downloading from a diifferent site.
both give me this error. HALP please.

my guess is that you have a wrong or corrupted .NET version...
Post exact error message in gmdl thread in new forum for in7ane to look at
