    Default Harry potter

    Can you please help,
we have been running with devhook that converts upto 2.7 on our 1.5 PSP.
Now our son has a game that requires 3.3 firmware.
Could you advise what our steps would be to run it?
    many thanks for your time

if your on official 1.5 firmware, you can update up to 3.52 by using custom firmwares. There's a lot here on the forums. Custom firmwares let you update to whenever update you may wish and it has also capabilities of the 1.5 firmware that was homebrew friendly. And the updates can load even with the game that requires higher firmware.

    Default what would harry do?

changing to a custom firmware (CFW) can be worrying because of the 'at your own risk' clause.
    Be brave !!
    follow any install instructions carefully.
3.40OE-A is the most reliable of the CFWs.
Even completely reckless use of hacking features can usually be recovered,
making this a safer option than devhook.
& you always have the option to return to 1.5,
(dont know many CFW users who do this tho)
99% sure your son 'll be grateful for all those new game demos..
