    Default IPS Hacking

    Is there an emulator that lets you do IPS hacking (for translations)? I can't seem to get it to work. Sorry if this has been asked a million times.

    that sounds really dumb...

    anyways you can simply patch your ips to the roms you want before you send them to your psp.
