PSP slim hacking would be cool, but there would have to be a completely redesigned custom firmware to support homebrew because of the sony 3.6 update that the psp slims are coming pre installed with.
Now that the beast PSP Slim is released from it's cage, the hacking games begin. Who can run homebrew/unsigned code on it first ?
What will this do for Mapthis development ?
Imagine:
-64 mb memory is double of the size of the psp so even more POI's can be loaded.
-Mp3 music on background of you driving pleasure, now that more mem is available.
-Video out hack to an external in-car monitor (in the dash or in the head rest monitor of the car). The psp can be in your dash with only a small cable coming out.
-Much longer driving pleasure with PSP-280 (2200 mah battery) in the new PSP slim which is more economical with batterylife !
-Faster loading speeds of Maps.
What do you guys think ?

I see only one problem.
It's too SLIM for 3D so only 2D will be available.
