Japanese Nintendo DS
Can anyone tell me if, before my Multivolt Adapter arrives, whether I can use a shaver socket (110v) to recharge the Nintendo that I bought in Japan?

Just buy a UK Nintendo DS/GBA SP charger. That will plug into your DS from a UK plug and give the Japanese DS the 5.2V it needs, and you dont need step downs.
A new charger can be bought from GAME for about £6.

and ordered a multi-volt charger from Ebay for just under a fiver (plus postage). Cheers!
