Which emulators/systems have near 100% speed?

Was just wondering what cards, emulators, systems, etc...offer close to 100% speed? It's always hard to figure that out as it's never really told by the person who makes it.

Also, what are the pros and cons of using slot 1 or 2 of the NDS?

NES DS should run at 100% speed always. Lameboy runs most GB/GBC games at full speed. SNEmulDS runs many SNES games at full speed, but it can vary from game to game. jEnesisDS runs many Genesis games at full speed when using the hardware renderer, though without sound.
