Pandora battery help

What exactly do i need and can some one make a vid on how to make this!!! i do not under stand it.
Does this change the flash of the psp while making this "battery"??
Oh, can i use custom FW on the pandora?
it looks easy how exactly does i work? can i use the battery as a battery for playing or jst "unbricking" and can i still use the mem stick for stuff?

Readme's say it all, tutorials say it all

From using a pandora battery it makes the psp 1.5 from there you can do anything you want!

On the PSP that makes the battery it doesnt touch the flash!
