from what I understand from it, you need a 1.5 psp or a 3.52 m33 psp, right? what If i don't have access to either of those?

Or use another downgrader of some type to get to 1.5

Bassicly you can downgrade using either the pandora or Lumines exploit.
This will get you to FW 1.5 and then you have to upgrade to 3.52 m33-4
