* Please note you can't just put MP4 (mov) files on your PSP, they won't play. You need to use conversion software encoded specificly for PSP like "PSP Video 9" or "3GP" I'm not sure what you are using but either of these should work fine. Make sure your settings are right.
Do some web searching..the info isn't hard to find.

Help Me
ok got the psp got the memory card got all the software to convert files,converted files to mp4 music and videos and copy and dropped into psp folder now is this the bit i'm doing wrong i go into psp memory card tells me a bit of memory has gone but no videos or music appear on psp menu's help

follow the instructions which came with xilisoft video converter my psp comes up ag drive g how do i change the drive name to the 100mnv one

100MNV is NOT a drive it's a folder on the memory card.
