wow. thats lucky.
who ever sold it must be calling themselves an idiot now.
I bought a "crappy" acoustic guitar at a yard sale for 40 bucks a few years back. i decided to look it up on the internet yesterday, and found out the guitar is retailed at US $1250. (its an Aria AC80) my jaw dropped. I dont think im going to sell it, because it was the guitar my grand father played for a while before he passed away.

wow now you can get at least two PlayStation 3 consoles![]()
your one lucky man right now
yeah i had an old silvertone in my family like that. i still have it.
Dont even think about selling it. But if you do, im the man for you, lol.
I have a similar story, though i dont think my guitar is worth that much...
I have a hand me down from my grandfather... a old Martin SSX Stinger ( solid-body electric ).... its always been strange to me as ive only seen Martin accoustics...and no Solid-Body electrics...
in time i found mine was a first gen Martin Stinger and apparently no store has a price list or a catalog about them at all.... and online resources dont know much about them either.... only what they sold back then for... and what years they were made in..
I've thought about selling it, but it was my first electric and also it came from my grandfather.... i cant sell somthing like that
in the end... ive kept.... i dont play it anymore... but it surely is a great guitar...
Thanks for Everything,
