As terrible as 9/11 was, many more terrible things have happened since then and I assure you, those were mostly forgotten.

innocent deaths in any context shouldnt be forgotten. just because some are doesnt give any excuse to forget these.

nowadays so many innocent people die everyday it is indeed difficult to keep your perspective..

Well, if you consider how much people place importance on 9/11 compared to say, the Tsunami, there is a huge difference. Around 275,000 people were killed or missing, and in the 9/11 attacks it was 2974 people. As tragic as the deaths were, it was nothing in comparison.

Ive been avoiding this thread cause I dont know what to say.

There are no words that can justify how this affected all of us

    All those people...

I will most certainly never forget,
And even though I cant think of what to say. I had to stop by and pay my Respects.

im not saying to pay more attention to those who died on 9/11 than any other incident. an innocent life is an important thing and should be honored when it is wrongly lost in all context.

I know, I mean the general public seems to think it was the worst thing that can happen though. Not nearly as scary compared to the London bombings in WWII
