English rappers? lol, never heard of them.

BTW, there are alot of hip hop music these days that are discriminating to female. But, there are still plenty of great hip hop artist's. And I dont really remmember that much songs about raping, killing molesting. They usually rap about cars money and ladies, not killing.

well t-pain is t-pain, u cant change that. compare 50 cent to kanye west for example. 50 talks about money and cars and $#@! like that, mean while kanye talks about real $#@! thats going on in life like real rappers should. thats why people think hip hop is dead because people arent talking about the reality in life, they talking about how icy their rims or how expencive their clothes are. but i dont think hip hop is dead, i just think its hit a new era. styles of clothing is changing too. for example to partial rock style (skull belt buckles, tighter jeans that arent as baggy, a chain that comes out of your pocket and u hook on to your jeans, smaller shirts) <- certain rappers wear that type of stuff and it actually looks good on occasions.

i have no idea as to why rappers are trying to be like rockers now.

it annoyed me when they started doing that.

not trying to be like rockers. if so then they are making rockers look bad cuz the clothes look better on them than on real rockers. but yea idk, i would dress like that SOMETIMES if i had the money to get clothes, now im broke

if u heard the song rock man by dj unk, it seems like they are making fun of how rockers act, like head banging and sticking their tounges out like idiots
i think those types of songs are killing hip hop badly.

hip hop in the terms of radio/mainstream is dead, kanye west has alright songs but he takes his fame/popularity too serious like this cover where the poses as jesus http://www.breitbart.com/article.php...=1&image=large
im not religious but this is taking it a bit too far...

as for hip hop/rap and what it use to be, its all in the underground indie scene
