I enjoyed reading that again, I can only vaguely remember the original version.

We did our best to make fun of a lot of the scene.

As you may guess, I'm at Area 51 (my damn Airplane flight is delayed!).

Here's some trivia facts about it:

The line "At least someone doesn't have a SpooForBrains around here" is a reference to the user "SpooForBrains".

The line by Shadowprophet "They were having a sale down at the Gap", is a reference to "White And Nerdy" by Weird Al.

The line by Stormin Norman "Great, I'll take time off to make a LUA sidescroller" is a reference to a user named "Infernomax" who once said "I sure hope Srmnnrmn doesn't take time off to make a LUA sidescroller"

The script was leaked on QJ.net by S34MU5 because he thought the people there should know about it. They were actually nice and comical about it, which I didn't cease to mention when I talked to them.

When The_Eternal_Dark goes into the room and a lighting bolt strikes a kitten outside, is a reference to his sig pic which read "Everytime you masturbate, God kills a kitten".

The line "You need more cowbell" is a reference to the Saturday Night Live skit featuring the "Blue Oyster Cult". It also makes fun of SNIPR only playing a little role in the band (he originally wanted to play the gazoo).

The "Giant Robot Jesus" is a reference to the JUNK Forum.

The line "BLLLLLEEEEEEMMMM!" is a reference to the emulator of the same name.

The fact that Wraggster isn't in the story that much is a reference to his forum posting activity.

The line by Quzar "Demon? I don't think so." is a reference to a religious debate thread when ICE and me were arguing about the existence of aliens (before I got to know him). He thought UFO'S were demons.

The line "Oh my God that's one more" is a reference to the movie "Mr. Deeds."

The fact that Prophet Yahweh shows up when the UFO lands makes fun at him because a video taken by a news outlet shows him summon a UFO. He pretends to in the script.

This conversation:

"McBastard: ...You're gonna go to hell and you're gonna die!

Shadowprophet: Um, isn't it "You go to hell, and you die"? And calm down man!

McBastard: I haven't watched that show for a while."

... references Mrs Garrison's famous catch phrase from South Park.

The line by me "Oh My God, Giant Robot Jesus killed Dr. Soldier!" is a reference to Kyle's famous catch phrase from South Park. He even shows up to confirm so.
