    NDS Colors 1.06f

    News/release from Jens Andersson:

    Colors! v1.06 is now released.

    Colors! is a simplistic digital application for Nintendo DS based on modern painting-techniques developed for drawing tablets in programs like Photoshop. By taking advantage of the pressure sensitivity of the DS touch-screen it becomes a perfect portable digital sketch-book.

    Current features

    Hard and soft circular brush
    Pressure-sensitivity can affect opacity and brush-size
    512x384 image resolution with 2 stage zoom
    Replay the whole painting process of an image
    Hue-circle and luminance and saturation-triangle style palette

    What's with this program's "pressure sensativity"? All it does is translate the number of points being detected at the same time to pressure, which is completely impractical for normal use. There's no way to use the stylus with this program, because the color is just too light when only one point is being detected.
    I wish there was a setting to turn that "feature" off

    Other than that, It's very well built (and very nice looking).

    you can turn off the pressure sensitivity, it's the two little circles in the bottom left of the color screen called "control pressure." Turn those off and you can select your settings with the two up and down sliders on the right

    Oh yeah, To the creator, I really like the development of this homebrew, I think it is great work that you are doing.

    Cool. I love the previous version immensely, and it works great for me with the stylus. I hope the additions to this version enhance things, although to be honest it was near perfect before IMHO.
