You need to use Pandora. I recommend using DDCv5 to update directly to 3.90M33.

So follow this method still but instead of going to 3.60 M33, I go to 3.90 M33 instead??

No, forget about this guide, it is horribly outdated. DDCv5 is short for Despertar del Cementrio v5. I don't think a guide has been posted on these forums, but one can be found on the QJ forums.

Yup found it, followed it and sucessfully completed on 2 slim Psp's.

doesn't work on 3.72ofw. i tried pressing X in the last step a couple of times. good thing my psp didn't end up getting bricked.

sup bro.. i got a psp slim with original fw 4.01 i've been trying to put cf in it for the last 2 weeks but i think i'm banging my head on the wall here.. don't know what to do.. i tried this easyinstaller but when i try making a pandora battery it says game cannot open.. help me out..
