I have had a quick scan on the forums but I am new to this one. I have not used my psp for a while it has the orignal 1.50 firmware on it running MPH which works with all the old games. Can I upgrade to this firmware. what happens to 1.5. are there any cons to upgrading?

I appricate your help as I am sure you have all ready answered this question a few times

Well, if you upgrade 1.5 goes away :P
but on a custom firmware you can play all 1.5 homebrew, all 1.0 homebrew play ISO/CSO PSX games and more. There arent really any cons

Hello, My first post here and, I just was reading all these forums cause I finally decided to upgrade my firmware (I have 3.03OE-A). From what i Understand I need to downgrade to 1.5 (where is that at?)Once i Have 1.5 I will need to goto 3.52 M33 then I can get: 3.71 M33 (which is the newest?). Some help and, clarification would be very appreciated
