Beginning The Process

1. Download and unarchive the 14098_m33rel.zip and the 1.5 eboot.
2. Rename the 1.5 eboot to 150.PBP and the 3.51 Eboot to 351.PBP or take the 3.52 Eboot and rename it 352.PBP
3. Connect your PSP to your computer and activate USB MODE
4. Find it in My Computer or on your desktop.
5. Navigate to X:/PSP/ (where X:/ is your drive so E:/ or D;/)
6. Now Choose The Set Of Instructions you Need, From 1.5 ot from an OE or SE custom Firmware



Updating to 3.51/3.52 M33 from 1.50
1. Navigate to X:/PSP/GAME/ and place the kxploitpatcher and kxploitpatcher% from teh 1.5 only folder(in the m33rel folder) in here.

2. Also Place the M33CREATOR inside PSP/GAME, then move the 150.PBP and 351.PBP/3.52.PBP into PSP/GAME/M33CREATOR

3. Exit USB mode, and start the kxploitpatcher.

4. After that program has exited start the M33CREATOR.


5. Afterwards you should get a new icon under GAME called "3.51 M33UPDATE" or 3.52 M33UPDATE

6. Making sure you have over 75% batery and the AC adapter pluged in, start the update.
7. Press X to Agree and your on your way.


8. Leave your PSP alone untill pormpted, enjoy 351/352 M33



Updating to 3.51/3.52 M33 from any OE or SE custom Firmware
1. Navigate to X:/PSP/GAME150/ and place the M33CREATOR inside PSP/GAME150, then move the 150.PBP and 351.PBP/352.PBP into PSP/GAME/M33CREATOR


3. Exit USB mode, and start the M33CREATOR.


5. Afterwards you should get a new icon under GAME called "3.51 M33UPDATE"/3.52 M33UPDATE

6. Making sure you have over 75% batery and the AC adapter pluged in, start the update.
7. Press X to Agree and your on your way.


8. Leave your PSP alone untill pormpted, enjoy 351/352 M33

Sort of a newbie here, i have a fatboy psp with 2.71 TA-82 downgraded to 1.5

is it safe to do this with a ta82 board and also would i follow the part 1 of your instructions or part 2

yes its safe, adn you would need to follow part1 or the part for upgrading from 1.50 to 315/2 M33

i was just about to attempt this then relized that i am 1.5 but if i hard reset my psp i go back to 2.71

is this going to cause any problems if i switch to 3.51

You cannot run this update through devhook.

Hi

I got some problem with the upgrade from 3.40OEA to 3.51 M33. Bascially, I done everything correct but my screen doesn't show "do you want to upgrade to 3.51 M33" it just gone black(like brick but not it not) I have to take out my Memory card and restart my psp and it fine. I place the files in correct order. How can I upgrade? Please help!

make sure you have no plugins enabled

and if you have a custom theme you may wish to remove it
