I was playing Resident Evil 3 PAL on my PSP until it freezes after getting the firehose. I tried using the tip of depositing the firehose in the chestbox before going through the alley door. But still doesn't work.

Then I read we can use SLPS-02300 (Bio Hazard 3: Last Escape) game ID. So I PopStationed Resident Evil 3 with game ID SLPS-02300 and save ID as the original SLES02529. Guess what. All my saves are gone! I compared SAVEDATA folder SLPS02300 with SLES02529 and found the SCEVMC0.VMP (memory card 1) very different. I did try doing a hex-binary replace of SLES02529 with SLPS02300 but that still didn't work.

Does anyone know a VMP reader/convertor?
