It's for the Turbografx-16, aka the PC Engine. The Japanese name of the system is misleading... the Turbografx-16/PC Engine runs on hardware similar to the NES, except with a more powerful graphics processor.

to bad you cant get flash player on you psp, i know i realised the pc engine thing after i posted that, a friend told me.... i thought it would play like REALLY simple computer games or somehting, or be like windows.. lol.... whats pc stand for in pc engine? (whats pc stand for in pc, like with computers?)

Its a NeoGeo System, like the Turbo Graphix 16 or the same system. I never owned nor played one so I am not going to put that in stone but I do believe they are one in the same or sim.
