popstation headache

Please help me with this, I'm completely new to this. I'm having trouble running POPS. I see the POPS splash screen then it goes black, no activity. The only way for me to shut down the system is to hold the power switch 10 seconds. I have never run this sort of thing before. This is what I have running:

3.52 M33-4 firmware

Game is converted to eboot form and in its own folder within the GAME150 folder.

Popstation plugin is enabled.

seplugins has the poploader.prx, conf.bin, pops.txt, and popsloader folder

In that folder is idcanager_OX.prx, idcanager_old.prx, libpspvmc352.prx, pafmini352.prx, pops352.prx, popsman352.prx, and read.txt.


If I hold R while starting it does nothing.

Please help!
I have no idea what to do.

Try it without the popstation plugin enabled, and put the EBOOT in it's own folder inside the GAME folder instead of the GAME150 folder.
