How do I view movies? (on a JPN PSP)

I've stored some MPEG4 movies in PSP/PD_ROOT(or whatever its called)/100MNV01, but they don't show up on my PSP. Are my folders correctly named and do the same names apply to both the US and JPN PSP?

what is the name of the file? is this something you've converted? If so what program did you use to convert it? What is the exact name and location of the folder?
