nds error message: data cannot be found please re-insert card?

i have a R4 and dl ds roms hasn't been a problem until these two games : jewel quest and tiger woods 08
i even tried to dldi patch these files.
when i dldi it tells me that the nds file doesn't have a dldi section and when i try to play the files on my ds it says that the data cannot be found please re-insert the card and try again!
whats going on?? i've been waiting forever to play these two games and now i can't i don't understand why please help me please please
