1.50 Kernel Add-on for 3.71 M33 Released

Does anyone here that knows how to make the PTF files for 3.71 themes please PM or talk to me here about trying to convert these Pure Silver icons so I can get them to work on 3.71 M33?

nevermind, I found it. I just got this thing today as a gift ( my brother got a slim one ) - ive gone from sony 3.4 to 3.52 M33 to 3.52-4 to 3.71 M33 - then went back to sony 1.5 before I found a kernal patch for 3.71. Now ive gotten back to 3.71, patched to 1.5 kernal, and cant run snes9 anymore, hard reset on homebrew is disabled. Any ideas out there?

In the recovery console I changed to kernal to 1.5 in the game menu, now I can play my emulator. Thanks for all the information I found on this forum, I went from never picking up a PSP to one with everything I could want. Guess I picked a perfect day too

And I tested Remotejoy, it's working 100%. Works for XMB, UMD and Homebrew. There's a new GUI with the new prx for 3.71M33 of RemoteJoy which you can get right here.

I tried that GUI and it just gave me what looked like a PSP on the screen and I didn't know what to do. It doesn't seem like a very good GUI.

Edit: OK I tried using the old GUI with the nex plugins for the PSP and it worked like a charm. I had to go into my Game first then when I exited it showed the XMB but then when I tried out snes9xtyl it didn't work but I haven't tried any other homebrew so I will have to try that soon.

thanks people for all the help i got it by finding a good read me so now a i'm at 3.71 M33-2 & 1.50 Kernel Addon 2

ok thanks for the help drath paul i am new to this whem i got the psp it was at 3.52 m33-4 so i just went to 3.71 and the 1.5 addon and then had the probs. so now i use a down grader and went back to 1.50 so how to i upgrade back to 3.52 now i cant get the 3.52 auto insatall to work

the problem is... people don't listen. I've always said to go to settings and reset to default after ANY update (including official ones). I thought after doing this just now(couldn't turn it on at all), that I had a brick but After removing the battery for a few seconds and putting it back, It turned on just fine. I reset default settings and have not seen a single bsod.

Also... everyone needs to get off of the damn kxploited programs already (2 seperate folders) And for the person who deleted the corrupt one... I sure hope you're new or you deserve a slap with a wet fish . Anyway, install pspbrew on your computer and convert all of your kxploited crap to a 1.0 eboot. If you have a normal 1.5 PSP that you use as well as your CFW PSP, then run the kxploit patch on the 1.5 so it can use them too.

No *SINGLE* eboot that was made for 1.5 kernel has any kind of problems with this firmware. Nor does PSX or anything else.

I'm new to this forum, but not so new to custom firmware, since I started with the gta exploit and have been homebrewin/CFWin
ever since.Its been relatively smooth sailing until this update, but I'll remember what you 've said about going to default settings because this has never happened to me and to be honest it scared the heck out of me.

i think you need to have 3.52 m33-3 or -4 for it to work.
edit: duh. sorry, i didnt see that you are -4. nm!

I have the same problem.
From scratch =Restore to 1.50
Then install the M-33 3.52 updte.
then the M33-352--3 update
No luck yet
I install the m-33-update
So I am at m-33 3.52 -4


And it still says I have to be over m-33-3 or above
