yes, use the recovery menu to boot the 3.52 m33 installer or something else similar.
So I upgraded to 3.71 M33, installed the 1.50 kernal, then accidentally flashed something, and then my PSP bricked. I was able to load the Recovery menu, and in my stupidity and n00bishness, reformatted flash1. So then the PSP just froze halfway through the SCE screen, and now I'm stuck with a PSP that can only enter the Recovery menu.
Any way to unbrick without Pandora, or should I start saving up for a spare battery?
--EDIT--
Did some searching and found a recovery pack which brought me down to FW 1.50, which can be found here: http://www.sendspace.com/file/iz3mv7
Will begin the process of getting back up to 3.71 M33, and this time I won't be such a noob.

It totally bricked for me shortly after installing it for me. It worked great until I migrated to the "System Settings" menu and I get a RSOD and it bricked, no recovery, no nothing (I recovered using Pandora).
Hey Ya'll, found an other way to unbrick,
Don't know or I'll help people with this one,.. but it did make me very happy.![]()
I wrote a readme for how to recover a bricked 3.71 M33 PSP from out of the recovery mode.
(back to 1.50)
