Cool a neogeo CD emulator that actually supports CD's the way they would need too be in a memory stick format.
Incredible! This fixes nearly all the problems that were present in NeoCD/PSP. I wasn't able to get any sound or music from the game I tested (King of Fighters '94), but it ran at FULL SPEED, and with analog stick support. There's even an options screen, a feature sorely lacking in the previous Neo-Geo CD emulator. Now that's what I call awesome!
There's one nagging flaw with this emulator... you HAVE to name the parent folder NEOCDPSP, or else it's just not going to work. That means that if you're using ROM sorting tools that add spaces and a 1 on the end of the folder, well, don't use them.

Can this emulate neo geo as well?
Can it run an ISO file? I am trying to play Metal Slug, but it doesn't show up on the game selector menu. I have the files in a folder called Metal Slug, and my ISO is called Metal Slug - Track 1, and all of the mp3's are in a folder called neocd.mp3 and they are named Metal Slug - Track 2, Metal Slug - Track 3, etc.
Umm, I get an error message whenever I try starting a game that says it couldn't load "neocd.bin". I read the readme file, and it says there's a file by that name that goes in the neocdpsp folder, but the zip file i downloaded doesn't have a file by that name. What's happening?
You'll need to find neocd.bin from another source. You may have a BIOS file for a standard Neo-Geo system, which won't work. Also, make sure all the files are stored in the folder NEOCDPSP.
Also, no, it won't run an ISO file. You'll have to unzip it. You can put the files in a ZIP afterwards to conserve space on your memory stick, but the later games for the system will take forever to load if you do this. ZIP files work just fine with early Neo-Geo games, however, since they're so small and require only a couple of loads.

neogeo.bin is the bios file that the emulator needs in order to run. you'll have to google for it or something as, like other bioses (like psx), it's copyright infringement if you don't own the machine, etc.
Alright, now it's saying it can't open "ipl.txt". Is that another file like the bios?
