so, i'm getting some of my old psx games ready for popstation, to play on my psp. i just have an opinion based question...
which program does it the best? i've probably seen a dozen different programs with supposedly the exact same purpose. so, what do you think?
I use IceTea. It's rather simplistic and straightforward and does everything you need to convert an ISO to EBOOT (pic1/0, Icon0, movie and sound while Icon is selected, and DOCUMENT.DAT creation from txt file).
For recording the image in the first place, though, I use... I think it's ISOConverter (I'm at work right now, so I can't check!). It uses CD plugins similar to PC PSX emulators to read the disc, and even lets you extract individual tracks, so you can slim down games with CD-Audio ('Tail of the Sun' ends up being around 30 MB!)
