Your probably not on a custom firmware, please read the first post before saying it doesn't work.

Are you on 3.71 M33 or just 3.71? If you are just on firmware 3.71 you need to do the Pandora Battery process. That's the only way to recover from that firmware, unless your on the M33 3.71, in which you could use this. Good luck, just go google Pandora's Battery.
