    NDS DS Linker 16Gb

    New from Divineo USA

The DSLinker is a revolutionary storage, homebrew and media player flash cart compatible with all DS Lite and original DS consoles.
The DSLinker does NOT require the use of a passme, external memory, the same size as an ordinary DS cart.

This is plug and play in its finest hour; the DS writer looks like a GBA cartridge and is very easy to write games into the DSLinker's built-in memory which comes in 8GBit (1Gbyte) and 16Gbit (2Gbytes) varieties.

WOW! 16 GB! Oh my god! Oh, wait, that should be 16Gb. A capital B stands for bytes.

Also, note that the writer being "shaped like a GBA cartridge" doesn't mean you'll actually be able to stick it in the GBA slot and dump your games directly from official DS cards; you still have to have a ROM beforehand.

So, very nice, misleading advertising. Shame on you, Divineo.

plus the "shaped like a GBA cartridge" thing is really poorly manufactured.

hmm, i still think g6real 16 gb pwnes the $#@! out of every other flashcart. theres no need for dldi because it does that automaticly, and it has built in memory to, so there is no lin-game lagg. so GO GET THAT ONE!

i hate these sort of cards mainly because of built im memory and no room for upgrades! Plus if you write a lot of games to it + the amount of saving some games do then the card could be dead with in a year or so.

With removable memory there is no problems with corrupt or dead memory as you can just change it, supercard /r4 and others have almost 100% compatibility and auto dldi patching and work out about the same price in the end with memory.

So my opinion is to go with a card that can have memory added as its just so much more usefully and convenient, and whats this with 8GB and 16GB's? very misleading to someone who is new to the scene and thinks this is a wacking 16gigs of space!

Funny. They must have changed their advertising when they saw my criticisms. Well, good on them then.

Oh, but yeah, I agree with the other criticisms. R4, M3, SuperCard, and CycloDS are still the cards to get, with CycloDS maybe leading the pack ever-so-slightly (though I'm very happy with my R4).
