Check that link. Beware that there are reports of newer Sony batteries not being compatible.
I'm getting a PSP-Slim, so I need a spare battery (non-slim version) to make the Pandora bat. I've seen a few batteries mentioned that can't be made into Pandora batteries, so could anyone point me in the direction of a good deal on a battery? 1800mah is fine, as long as it works.
Thanks!

i was wondering also because there is a new accesory maker called "asid tech" that are being sold at my local wall mart (ya i know wall mart is gay) and they have psp batteries for $10 canadian and i was wondering if they are any good or work for pandora?
Cool, thanks for the info!
Also, do they have replacement batteries that fit the PSP-Slim yet? I was thinking of getting a higher capacity battery for regular use.
EDIT: I know the PSP-1000 batteries will fit, but I don't want it sticking out, so i'm looking for PSP-2k ones.
That's taken from this page on the N00bz support forum. They also have a visual guide to which batteries are or are not compatible.# Compatible:
- Sony PSP-100, 1800mAh, 3.6v - Normally bundled with PSPs.
- Sony PSP-280, 2200mAh, 3.6v.
- Datel Go Max GM100, Reusable Battery Pack. USes 3xAAA batteries. The serial resets itself to zeroes once the bateries are removed.
- Datel X2, 3600maH
- Datel MAX Power, 1800maH, 3.6v (Two models, Black and Silver)
# Not compatible
- MEGA Lithium, 2600 mAh, 3.6v
- Sony (Fake) PSP-280, 2200mAh, 3.6v
- Unknown brand TYP-107, 3600mAh, 3.6v (Gold Letters)
- Unknown brand PSP-360, 3600mAh, 3.6v (Silver Letters)
If it's not one of those then I guess just buy one and try it. You can help expand the compatibility list and you get a spare battery, even if it doesn't work.![]()
