    If I downgrade to 1.5 then up it to custom firmware 3.71 m33 on my slim and lite psp will the video out still work.

    I think you can't downgrade a slim to 1.50 but put 3.60 M33 or any newer firmware on it. But I don't have a slim so I'm not completely sure...
