Porting Ideas from the world for each console

I was just wondering if anybody thought it would be a cool idea for coders to see suggestions from the people. Kind of like what i did in the past hunt down open sourced games,apps and emulators and put them down in a porting idea section. I was wondering if that would be an interesting idea for every console available on this site. I'm sure alot of coders would love to see what people have in mind and what they can do if they have the time to do it. Theres alot of interesting games that would be amazing on the DS that are still unreleased maybe a possible port of Alpha One. Of Course thats an idea from me but of course from you the people and coders i would like to see if thats a good idea.
