Hi guys have a ?? here. I when to the trouble of making a bunch of icons and everything to create my own .ptf files for themes for the 3.71 psp. Now my problem is when i get the program running it always freezes have way and never get the file. I want to know what is the best programe to use for creating themes for 3.71. Any help i will apreciate it.
