This is the first time i have used the VCS cheat device and would like if someone could post a step by step for installation because i cant really understand the readme

In your memory card root, create a folder called SEplugins, now copy either vcscheatdevice.prx if you are using anything 3.52 M33 or lower, but if you are using 3.71 M33, use vcscheatdevice371.prx, now after you have copied the appropriate file to SEplugins, create a text document called GAME, now add the following text inside then save it...
3.52 M33 or lower: ms0:SEplugins/vcscheatdevice.prx
3.71 M33: ms0:SEplugins/vcscheatdevice371.prx
