Purchasing R4DS? (cartridge only?)

Are there any good places to purchase the r4ds flashcard by itself without the carrying case, installation disk, and sd card reader? I feel that those extra items are really making the card worth more than it should be. So are there anywhere to find just the card?

i don't know but the sd card reader is nessesary because it will freeze at the loading screen if you use another card reader, it froze for me anyways..

The thing is that I already have an sd card reader and tested it/worked with my friend's R4, so it would be a lot easier not to buy something I already have.
