If you haven't bought it yet, DealExtreme is a lot better than RealHotStuff. There's about a $40 price difference when you count in shipping, and past that the difference is 3~5business days (RHS) or 12~17 days delivery. :/

The only store I've bought from is RealHotStuff, and I was happy. I bought a SuperCard SD and a SuperKey, and the shipping was pretty fast. It looked shady to me, but it's actually a good site. But, I haven't tried any others, so I can't say what they're like.
