nope... works fine to me
I didn't even change anything, but the other day I loaded up FFVII disc 1...it displayed the Sony Computer Entertainment (gold diamond) logo, then the screen went very dark. From there, nothing works (not even powering down the system; have to remove the battery to shut it off). You can still see (very very faintly) the logo/whatever is present when it first loads (for instance, when I use the P.O.P.S. loader, you can still see the splash screen dimly, very low contrast), but nothing works at all. To reiterate, I did not change any settings. No ISOs work (I've tried Castlevania SOTN, Digimon Digital Card Battle, and every FFVII disc).
Anyone also experience this/help? Seems like 3.71-2 is full of lame bugs...
Edit: However, PSP ISOs/CSOs such as Puyo Pop Fever and Guilty Gear XX work fine...
nope... works fine to me
That's very lame. Can you tell me your settings or something? This just recently started happening; as I said, I didn't even change anything!
I've been having numerous other problems...sometimes not even really to do with 3.71 m33 or 3.71-2 m33...emulators/ROMs crashing (esp. on GBC and Genesis emus?), can't use Sleep Mode with 1.5 homebrew (I even have the 1.5 v2 patch installed!)...this firmware is severely disappointing me.
you got the phat eh??? i recommend you being in 3.40 mode
Yeah...how would I get there from 3.71-2 M33?
recovery.....
create a recovery folder RECOVERY in the GAME folder and put the already made 3.40OE in that folder
reset your psp and hold the r trigger and in the menu go to autorun recovery------------------------------------
and let it run. make sure you have enough battery to run it,a and also make sure your psp is plugged
Should I/do I have to go back to 1.5 beforehand?
no... just do what i say
it formats the whole 0flash and rewrites the 3.40OE in it
Well, where is this "already made 3.40OE"? It could be numerous things, but most require you to go to 1.5 first, so I don't completely understand.
do you have an already made 3.40OE on your computer??? if not please create one... once done, follow the simple instruction i gave you on last post
