    Default PSP Filer v3.9 Released

The excellent file manager/flasher known as PSP Filer has received an update! Mediumgauge the creator of this great app has now released version 3.9. There are multiple improvements and bug fixes and even a couple of new features. Here's the changelog...

    General:
Fixed a bug that caused Filer to crash when it opened a broken mp3 file.
Added a feature when ripping a UMD image to append extra records that could not be accessed from the filesystem. (bottom 2k-6kbytes)

    Filer:
Added a feature to view Kbytes / Mbytes mode.
Added a feature to set the timestamp of a file/folder to NOW.
Fixed a bug in Russian mode that caused Filer to crash when it opened the file information.
Added the information of "filesystem size" and "described size in ISO" under the UMD device information.

    Text Viewer:
Fixed a bug. Some characters could not be drawn in EUC-JP mode.

Be sure to read the readme file if you've never used it before. It will tell you the controls, features and even some shortcuts.

Also, if you happen to be reading this wraggy...would you be willing to allow me to become a "news poster"? I always seem to find great PSP news when all the mods/news posters are asleep. It can sometimes takes 5-6 hours until the post is moved. It's probaly because I'm in the US and work nights. Anyways, if you're interested I'd love to help. I'm on the site for several hours a day and have plenty of experience with vBulletin.

It is, but it was never posted on this site. How often do people check the coder's website for updates?

Wow, I must've completely overlooked that.
