Having a problem with using Selfboot inducer

Hi i just joined and im kind of having the same problem as Tooplex who just got banned below me is having I tryed to make a multi menu disc but when i tryed to boot it into the dreamcast it just acted like it was running in 60Hz mode and none of my emulators were there.

So can anyone help me by telling me how i can make it not run in 60hz so it runs in 50hz mode and to also make it so that my multi emulators do appear here is the Hierarchy of the cd:

Root of the CD:
IP.BIN
BINLOAD.BIN
1st_READ.BIN
MAINMENU.DXL

Folders:
THEMES
SNES EMULATOR
NES EMULATOR
GBAEMULATOR

And in the folders has the emulator data so can anyone help em please
