The wait for Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Ring of Fates for DS to hit British stores loaded with easy to read English text will go on until spring next year. Soz.

A full review of the Japanese version, which is already out, can be found here. Yes, it's brilliant, but unless you can ready crazy symbols like a ninja, you'll just have to wait.

Fans will remember the first game in the Crystal Chronicles line (released on GameCube) for its unique four-player co-op gameplay that used the GBA as a controller. The new DS quest sticks to the same co-op theme, only this time you won't have one player lumbered with carrying that bloody crystal.

Random battle encounters are also out the window here, and all bouts are fought in real time making for what Square says is "the most accessible Final Fantasy ever".

pftt... intro videos, not actual gameplay

though that proves the ds is a very capable media player, actimagine (video codec for ds and other mobile devices) would make itself open source, i'd like to see a converter for this format
