GOAT Store Banner Contest

Here are two more I threw together.





I'd really like to see someone work up some buttons to enter into the contest. I'd love to see some 100 x 100 or 120 x 120 pixel buttons made up for people to place on web sites (maybe for GOAT to use as a rotating logo, and definitely for me to place on DC Evo and DCHelp).

Dan - I don't know if you ever visit the DCEmu UK boards, or if you're even a member over there, but there have been two entries for the banner competition over there.

Mental2K posted an entry, and was curious to know if that counts as an official entry, or if he will need to submit it some other way. The entries are here

We'll have a page up very soon on the GOAT Store about the contest. I probably am a member at dcemu.co.uk, but honestly I'm on so many message boards I forget which ones I actually am members of. Anyways, I'll get back to you again ASAP as soon as I can get that page up.

If you do some research, you'll find it's sheep that give the welsh farmers fun and not a goat, now if the GOAT store released Cool Herders, the ad would be funny to a welshman (even if they had seen it a million times before) .

Here's another button I drew up. I had never used GIMP before, so I decided to play around with it a bit. It's pretty jagged-looking, but the idea may inspire someone.

i would advise to keep the goat thing off any banners/logos

Look at what sites like Lik Sang and Divineo do and follow their type of banners

The goat on the banner makes it look a tad amateurish
