    I got an update for my chipset from microsoft, then it asked me to reboot and my PC didnt come on till i got it back from the shop! it kept crashing at the microsoft loading screen. i hate vista

    i have vista and xp on my laptop but i use xp its best for gaming =D and everything else im working on my computer

    HAHA...i got a new computer last weekend...so much incompatibility with old software and stuff I thought it had got better by now...

    Do you even have 64bit vista, or is the incompatibility just the whole UAC/setting things to run as admin issue?

    I assume its both. To my knowledge Windows hasn't come up with a way to run 32-bit code for Vista-64 systems.
