I've read a long time ago that MapThis doesn't like working through IRShell or DevHook. You could try running the generic version directly, because it requires FW1.50.

Other than that, you're running a _really_ old version of MapThis, you could try a newer one (0.501 or 0.505 e.g.).

Oh, and turn your caps lock key off.

    I would rather say:
Upgrade to Custom FW 3.52 M33 then toss in the updates to 3.52 M33-4 then download MapThis v0.5+ and try again after you followed my guide on how to extract your own .prx files or download the 3.71 files that were posted on this forum some time ago

I cant really understand why people insist running a stoneaged firmware when custom makes life mouch easier

That's the idea about custom firmwares, you can . Do be careful to upgrade to e.g. 3.52 M33, not the official Sony upgrade!

PDG: for .505 you don't need PRX files anymore .

Great tutorials I found them to be very helpful! after running around w/ Sony for two weeks. I finally got intouch w/ a suppervisor that was a fellow gadget guy! and he pointed me in this direction. Keep up the great stuff. Thanks.
