DS trouble

Err Hi
Well I got a new DS around early October and got my R4 and stuff but now it seems to to shut off whenever just close it or some times when i try to turn it on it will turn off after the light glows bright green This started to happen today after i was listening to music and just shut it off with the switch, any ideas?=/

replace your battery first of all. if problem persists your off switch might have a mind of its own
